KENNETH LIM

I am a strategy and marketing leader with 13+ years of experience across technology, product, innovation and digital transformation, focused on turning complex technologies into clear market propositions, stronger customer engagement and sustainable business growth.

I currently serve as Director of Strategy and Marketing at SUPCON International Business, where I lead a team of 9 responsible for strengthening brand awareness and market presence, improving customer engagement and acquisition, supporting demand and lead generation, and enabling go-to-market execution across international markets. Prior to my current role, I led Technology Services at SUPCON, driving international solutioning, digital transformation, innovation and capability development across global markets.

What differentiates my background is the combination of commercial, product and deep technical experience. I started my career building global digital products at Razer, moved into enterprise architecture and digital transformation at Accenture, developed innovation products at Temus, and led 5G & IoT innovation and commercialization initiatives at NCS before moving into industrial technology at SUPCON.

This allows me to bridge business strategy, marketing and technology — translating complex topics such as industrial AI, industrial automation, IoT, digital platforms and autonomous operations into propositions and narratives that customers, partners and business leaders can understand and act on.

I am also an active technical speaker and industry representative, having presented at major international events including ADIPEC, ARC Leadership Forums and Hannover Messe on emerging industrial technologies, digital transformation and the future of autonomous operations.
