KENNETH LIM

Kenneth started his career by leading product teams globally in Razer to build 2 innovative digital products (Razer Comms and Razer Arena) across multiple platforms for millions of users worldwide, delivering more than 100+ features over the course of 3 years.

He spent his next 4 years in Accenture (Singapore) as a Digital Consultant cum Solution Architect, helping various clients on their digital transformation journey by combining his product management experience with technical knowledge on modern digital architectures to solve complex industry problems.

After his 4 years stint in Accenture, he left to join NCS to become the 5G & IOT Innovation Lead where he leads the innovation and product management efforts for 5G & IOT businesses, and is also responsible for growing a strong ecosystem of partners.

Today, Kenneth serves as the Director of Technology Services at SUPCON International Business where he provides strategic and operational leadership in advancing SUPCON’s digital transformation and industrial automation initiatives. He leads a team of 25 solutioning engineers to design and architect end-to-end solutions tailored to client needs, supporting opportunity pursuit, pre-sales engagements, and proposal development.

Kenneth is a Certified AWS Solution Architect (Associate) and SAFe 5.0 Scrum Master, and finds great satisfaction in hacking out prototypes rapidly using lean methodologies, validating ideas using experimentation frameworks and ultimately, scaling solutions using cloud technologies to deliver products/services that users love.
